Step 2: Training (Body)

        Becoming a full-fledged sissy isn't an overnight process. You need to train yourself with real physical training. As a sissy your body is very important. You need to be able to use it to give pleasure, and to do that you need skills:

1. Oral practice
    •  You need to learn to suck a cock. One day you will be looking at a cock for real, and you will need to suck it like a GOOD sissy. Do you want to be BAD at sucking cock, or GOOD at sucking cock? You can use a dildo to practice at home. Here are some tips:

3. Sissy body
    • As a sissy you should always be working on your body so you can be as sexy as possible. Here are some tips:
      • Cardio everyday - jogging, biking, etc. to lose weight
      • Squats - to build your butt up
      • Crunches/situps - to build abs, but you don't want too much definition
      • Diet - avoid fatty foods, eat lots of greens (mostly veg, some protein, as low carbs as possible)
